Welcome Aboard! Meet your skipper, grab a cool drink and prepare for departure.

The early part of the day is a great opportunity to get to know your skipper and discuss your itinerary. We sail along coastline passing various bays en route until we reach the smallest of our islands, Comino. Here we will drop anchor in a couple of bays including Santa Maria, Blue Lagoon or Crystal Lagoon, the sea is crystal clear and you will have plenty of time for swimming and snorkelling. You may like to do a speedboat or jet ski trip around the numerous caves, inlets and creeks. These are provided by local operators and are available at a local charge. Your skipper will be happy to organise this for you.

After lunch we continue to a bay in the north of the island. Here transport will be waiting for you waiting to take you to the ancient city of Mdina. Mdina is built on a plateau in the centre of the island, the cities old Baroque buildings, cathedral and magnificent bastion walls dominate the rural skyline. Mdina, once the capital of Malta until the modern city of Valletta was built in 1565 has had many names including Melita (Roman occupation), Medina (Arabic occupation), Citta Notabile (Knights of St. John) and Citta Vecchia (after Valletta was built). Today it is also referred as the Silent City since it inspires tranquillity at any time of the day or night. The only way to really experience and enjoy this city is on foot, explore the quaint alleys, narrow streets, ancient buildings and magnificent far reaching views form the high bastion walls. We continue towards the port and if time allows we can also visit Valletta before returning you back to your cruise ship.
