We start our tour with Valletta, our capital. We begin near the Tritons Fountain, where your guide will introduce you to the Order of St. John, also known as the Knights of Malta. Most of the city was built by the Knights and our walking tour will feature important landmarks around the city including Parliament Square, the old Royal Opera House, Auberge D’Castille, Upper Barraka Gardens (which offers stunning views of the Grand Harbour, Palace Square and internal tour of St. John's Co. Cathedral, a significant historical monument in Malta, featuring works by Italian artist Caravaggio.

After a lunch break, we continue to central Malta, visiting landmarks and towns including the Mosta Dome, known as the miracle church. The old town of Rabat, linked to the Roman period and the visit of St. Paul. Here we will also try Malta’s number 1 street food, 'Pastizzi', filo pastries filled with ricotta cheese or peas.

We end our tour with Mdina, the medieval city of Malta, it is the pride and joy of the island. Built on a plateau, it features old Baroque buildings, cathedral, and bastion walls, and is known as the Silent City.

Day 2 -
Hagar Qim, Blue Grotto, Marsaxlokk Fishing Village, Birgu & Grand Harbour
The tour begins with a visit to the ancient UNESCO temples of Hagar Qim, built over 5600 years ago. The site features some of the largest and heaviest megaliths in the Maltese Islands.

Next, we visit the picturesque Wied iz-Zurrieq, known for its Blue Grotto and sea caves. You can do an optional boat trip to explore the magnificent sea caves. We continue to Marsaxlokk, a traditional fishing village, here you can wander around the small market and pretty waterfront.

We then stop for a tasting experience, a typical local snack called ‘Ftira’ which is a traditional flat bread made from sourdough, enjoy this and a local drink called Kinnie.

The tour concludes with a walking tour of Birgu, originally occupied by the Knights’ in 1530. Our tour takes us to the historical area known as the 'Collacchio', a maze of quaint alleys, adorned by old Palazzos. We end with a boat trip across the Grand Harbour during which you will see the magnificent fortifications of the Three Citties and Valletta.

Day 3 -
Gozo Island - Ggantija Temples, Dwejra/Inland Sea, Xlendi Bay & The Citadel
We start with a ferry from Valletta to the port of Mgarr, Gozo.

We start with a visit to a 75-year-old traditional bakery, and you can sample something freshly baked. We then visit Ggantija Temples, considered to be among the oldest megalithic monuments in the world. We then go on a scenic drive to Calypso Cave belvedere, see magnificent views of the Red Sands, onto the salt pans at Xwejni bay, the Inland Sea in Dwejra Bay before we stop for a lunch break in the pretty seaside village of Xlendi, here you will have some free time.

After lunch, the tour continues to Victoria, the capital of Gozo, where the 'The Citadel', a small fortified town, dominates the island's heights and offers stunning panoramas of the island.
