After a lunch break, we continue to central Malta, visiting landmarks and towns including the Mosta Dome, known as the miracle church. The old town of Rabat, linked to the Roman period and the visit of St. Paul. Here we will also try Malta’s number 1 street food, 'Pastizzi', filo pastries filled with ricotta cheese or peas.

We then stop for a tasting experience, a typical local snack called ‘Ftira’ which is a traditional flat bread made from sourdough, enjoy this and a local drink called Kinnie.

The tour concludes with a walking tour of Birgu, originally occupied by the Knights’ in 1530. Our tour takes us to the historical area known as the 'Collacchio', a maze of quaint alleys, adorned by old Palazzos.
